PickPredict provides AI-generated match analysis for FIFA World Cup 2026 matches. Access is provided for a one-time fee of $29 USD and is valid from the date of purchase through July 19, 2026 (tournament final).

By purchasing access and using PickPredict, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By purchasing, you confirm this condition is met. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using this service complies with the laws of your country or region.

• Access costs $29 USD, charged once at the time of purchase
• Payment is processed securely by Dodo Payments
• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• Access is non-transferable — one account per purchase
• Access expires on July 19, 2026 regardless of purchase date

Due to the time-sensitive nature of this service and the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

For users in the European Union: by purchasing access, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and you expressly consent to waive the 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

All content on PickPredict, including all AI-generated analysis, picks, confidence scores, and any other information, is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes only.

PickPredict is not a licensed financial advisor or gambling service. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any bet or wager. We accept no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of using information from this platform.

AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. AI models can produce incorrect or misleading outputs. You should independently verify any information before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any pick, prediction, or confidence score. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Match data is sourced from third-party data providers. AI analysis is generated using third-party AI services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is correct, complete, or up to date at all times. Match details including lineups and team news can change rapidly — always verify critical information from official sources.

All content on PickPredict — including AI-generated analysis, design, text, and code — is our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any content from the platform without our written permission. Sharing your login credentials with others is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without refund.

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the service
• Use the service in any jurisdiction where it is illegal to do so

We aim to maintain the service throughout the tournament but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, outages from third-party data providers, or other technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible. No refunds are offered for temporary service interruptions.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickPredict and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses from acting on AI-generated analysis, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to technical issues, third-party provider failures, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued in the event of service suspension or discontinuation.

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting pickpredictapp@proton.me. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits your right to file a complaint with a consumer protection authority or data protection supervisory authority.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal action is taken.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
